Assistant to MD China
3) Location::
- Job based in No.8 hua xing road , Jintan district, Jiangsu Jintan Sino-German innovation park, Changzhou, Jiangsu, China
4) Missions:
- Provide the efficient support to MD China to keep the good communication and positive working relationship with management team;
- Assist to draft the activity review for the headquarters in English if required;
- Follow up the daily working, business appointment and mailing of MD;
- Coordinate travel arrangement for MD and executive visitors;
- Act as cashier for the company;
- To support the activities for logistic and purchasing
- Coordinate the products registration and other administration issues;
- Assist with year-end audit, and assists others with various reports and analysis

5) Candidate profile:
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is must, good German skills will be a plus
- Honest and Good record in integrity
- 1- 3 years working experience as assistant at least, good level in computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Accounting knowledge will be a plus definitely
- Ability to work to strict deadlines under minimal supervision
- Highly motivated and active in working.

Quality control and Quality Security and Environment Manager
3) Location::
- Job based in Jiangsu Jintan Sino-German innovation park, frequent travelling
- Reports to the General Manager China and QC department of Headquarters
4) Missions:
Quality Control management
- Implement Quality Control processes, according to ISO norms and Phytobiotics SQR directives.
- Control the quality of raw materials, packaging and finished products made by Phytobiotics China or sub-contractors depending from Phytobiotics China.
- Coordinate and report regularly with headquarter and optimize the new QC lab.
- Manage sample storage and documentation
- Audit suppliers and toll producers.
Product development
- Prepare samples and conduct stability tests for new products and/or product optimization (botanical ingredients, sweeteners and minerals blends etc.)
Administration
- Coordinate the product registrations and other administration issues
- Frequent travelling if required
Quality Security and Environment management
- Organisation of internal audits
- Train the people if necessary
- Management of customers claim : reception and answers
- Participate to the internal SQR meeting (by phone or webcame), once a month
- Ensure that the group Phytobiotics has access to the Chinese current law (legality)
- Regulatory monitoring
- Organisation of the information collect, and archiving.
- Work with the Headquarter to audit FAMI-QS and ISO 9001 each year
5) Candidate profile:
- Honest and Loyal
- Major in animal nutrition or animal heath, master degree will be a plus
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- More than 5 years experiences in QC for feed or feed additives sector, management experience will be a plus
- Ability to work to strict deadlines under minimal supervision
- Highly motivated and active in working
